Detailed Description

OE_SERVICES will be initialized by layer 1 and passed down through the layers.

It provides common services, such as the messaging system, and a common debug console for debug messages.

Note:

This isn't the only console available: in the future you will have the option to attatch your debug messages to whatever console(s) you want. However, for now, this is all you get (note that it does nothing yet).
